We recently had a 15.84kW solar PV system with 1x Tesla Powerwall 3 and Gateway installed by Local Energy Group, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience—from the very first conversation right through to the final setup.

Sales & Quoting Process:
From the beginning, Brad was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He really took the time to understand our energy goals and put together a proposal that was well thought out, clearly explained, and great value. Honest advice and thoughtful recommendations. Michael was also a standout, managing all the details and responding promptly and thoroughly to every single question we had. Their combined effort gave us complete confidence in the plan moving forward.

Installation:
The install was seamless. Dave and Lachlan were professional, polite, and punctual. They worked efficiently, kept everything neat and tidy, and treated our home with respect. The attention to detail in their work was obvious, and the finished system looks great. They even took the time to walk us through what they’d done and make sure we were comfortable with how everything worked before leaving.

Customer Service & Support:
The aftercare and customer service has been just as impressive as the install. Michael made the post-install process incredibly smooth by handling the grid connection, helping us get the Tesla app and monitoring tools set up, and making sure everything was running as it should. He explained how to monitor performance and made sure we were fully comfortable with the system before wrapping up.

We’re already seeing the benefits in energy production and battery usage, and it feels great knowing we’ve got a reliable, high quality system installed by a company that truly cares about its customers.
